Use of Certified Cold Kitchen for Food Processing or Packaging.
Base Kitchen Rental – $350 monthly
Storage – Shelf/Refrigerator/Freezer options – $10 base fee + $5 per cubic foot per day
Assistants/Guests – $10 daily per person | or add $50 monthly for 8 guest passes | must be accompanied by principal member*
*For open access for an assistant/guest, you would need to purchase another membership. If so, it can be treated as a referral, wherein each member would receive 15% off base membership.

• plant-based ingredients only; no animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, honey, etc.)
• no full-size oven
Full Payment to Reserve Time-slot, 24-hours to cancel for full refund.
• Security Deposit required, starting at $350. Returnable within 1-week following culmination of term.
• Tool & appliance needs must be specified by Renter and agreed upon with Space contact at least 3-days prior.
• If needed, appliances can be removed for an added fee, depending on what needs to be cleared.
• Space provides rubbish, recycling & compost bins, as well as liners and removal.
• Renter responsible for general clean-up (decor, food, etc.). Anything brought in must be removed by end of rental time.
• Availability of use subject to schedule of members.
